Cookies
We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website, and only for that purpose:
- Netlify, which hosts this website.
- Our email provider, which stores the emails you send us.
- Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces used on this site and so receives your IP address when a page loads.
We may also share data where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as the UK–US data bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Emails you send us: up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires.
- Technical data: for the short period our hosting provider keeps its server logs.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your data
- ask us to restrict how we use your data
- object to how we use your data where we rely on legitimate interests
- ask us to transfer your data to you or another organisation
To use any of these rights, email yasser.saifi@vantablackventures.co.uk or write to us at our registered office. We will reply within one month. We do not make decisions about you using automated processing.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
